Adding credits to your accountUpdated a year ago

This guide will show you how to add credits to your Keysender account. Credits are essential for the dispatch of orders and for fraud screening. These credits don't expire and can be held in your account. You have the option to purchase up to 10,000 credits at once. Invoices for credit top-ups are sent automatically to the PayPal email that you use for your purchase.

Step 1: Check Your Current Credits

Begin by checking your current credits. You can do this by looking at the left bar on your Keysender dashboard. If you don't have any remaining credits, you need to add more.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Credits' Section

To add more credits to your account, you can either click on the 'Credits Left' bar or navigate to 'Account' -> 'Credits'.

Step 3: Select the Number of Credits to Purchase

You will be directed to a page where you can choose the number of credits you want to buy. The cost for each quantity will also be displayed. As an example, you could choose to purchase 500 credits for $20.

Step 4: Proceed to Payment

Click on 'Buy Now' to initiate the payment. You will be redirected to PayPal. Here, you can choose to either log in to your PayPal account and use your existing balance for the purchase or opt to pay with a debit or credit card as a guest.

Step 5: Complete the Purchase

After successfully completing the payment, the credits will be added automatically to your Keysender account.

Step 6: Verify Your New Credit Balance

Lastly, verify that the new credits have been added to your account by checking the left bar on your Keysender dashboard. This should now reflect the updated number of credits.

By following these steps, you'll ensure that your Keysender account always has a sufficient balance of credits for your order dispatch and fraud screening needs.
