Step 1: Make sure you are registered as a seller on G2A.
Login to your Keysender account and go to the integrations tab. Click Add New button. Select G2A from integration dropdown and click Next.
Step 2: Navigate to the G2A API Integration page by going to Account settings → Store settings → API integration.
Step 3: Start the verification process. In the G2A API Credentials section, locate and copy the 'Client ID' and 'Secret'.
Step 4: Paste the G2A 'Client ID' and 'Secret' into the corresponding fields in Keysender.
Step 5: Next, copy the Keysender 'URL' and 'Token' provided on the same page. They are:
API URL: https://panel.keysender.co.uk/g2a
Token URL: https://panel.keysender.co.uk/g2a/oauth/token
Step 6: Return to the G2A API page. Click 'Import API Connection' and paste the Keysender 'API URL' and 'Token URL' into the G2A API Credentials section.
Step 7: Navigate to 'Keysender > Account > Settings > API'. Copy your 'Keysender API' and 'Secret'.
Step 8: Paste these into the 'Client ID' and 'Client Secret' fields.
Step 9: Click 'Save'. This will authorize the integration and mark it as 'Active'.
Step 10: Navigate to 'G2A Products'.
Step 11: Click 'Add New'.
Step 12: Select the G2A product you want to sell from the 'Product' dropdown.
Step 13: Select the Keysender product database from which you want the inventory to be drawn.
Step 14: Set the retail and business prices, then click 'Save'.
Your offer will now appear on Keysender. In the 'Product' view, you can adjust 'Retail' and 'Business' prices. While the listing is active, the inventory will automatically update based on what you have in the product database.
Step 15: Verify that a 'Dropshipping' offer has been created on G2A in the 'Your Offers' tab. This indicates that your offer has been listed and will appear on G2A soon.
Step 16: Sales from G2A will now appear on your Keysender 'Summary' page. You will see order details and assigned keys. As orders come in, Keysender will automatically update the G2A aliased email to the customer's email.
*Note: In certain situations, such as when an order is unpaid or reserved, G2A may 'hold' the order as reserved. This status will be shown on Keysender. Typically, orders are canceled within 6 hours but may take up to 24 hours, particularly if they remain unpaid or if the code was not seen
Auto Pricing & Inventory Sync
G2A Auto Pricing on Keysender is currently in beta. If you join, please let us know of any issues that come up early and often. The auto repressor runs every 5 minutes, so please be patient before reporting any issues.
Setting Up Auto Pricing
Access Your Keysender Panel:
Navigate to your Keysender panel at panel.keycenter.co.uk.
Go to G2A products or select Sales Channels > G2A from your left menu bar.
Enable Auto Pricing:
For each product, click the dropdown menu and select Auto Price.
Enter the lowest retail price and business price you are willing to accept.
Click Save.
How It Works:
Every 5 minutes, Keysender checks the competitive landscape for your products.
If there are changes, the system will adjust your prices to ensure competitiveness, provided the new prices are above your minimum set prices.
It also checks between Keysender sellers to avoid price wars, preventing unnecessary fees.
Synchronizing Inventory Levels
Access the Database:
Edit Product Settings:
Press Edit for the product you want to sync
Go to the Settings tab
Press Synchronize inventory levels across all integrations
Integration Sync:
Once enabled, inventory levels will sync across K4G, Kinguin, G2A, and Gamivo
This ensures that stock levels are consistent across all integrations, preventing overselling or running out of stock on any platform
