Step 1: Log in to Your Keysender Account
Start by logging into Keysender using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
Find the 'Account' tab on the dashboard's top menu and click it to access your settings.
Step 3: Access the Sending Setup
Locate the 'Sending Setup' option within the settings to view your notification options.
Step 4: Define the Trigger Conditions
Choose conditions that will trigger notifications to customers, such as low codes, block list, buyer limit, etc.
Step 5: Configure the Notification Message
Customize the inbox (eBay & MercardoLibre) and email messages that will be sent when the conditions are met.
Step 6: Select the Templates
Click the dropdown menu for the inbox or email template, selecting one from your existing 'Templates'.
Step 7: Save Your Settings
Save your selections for inbox and email messages by clicking 'Save'.
Step 8: Verify Your Changes
When a customer's order triggers the specified condition they will now receive your set message in their email or messenger inbox, ensuring they are informed about their order status.
