Integrating eBayUpdated a year ago

Step 1: Log in to your Keysender account using your credentials.

Step 2: From the main dashboard, navigate to the 'Integrations' option on the menu and activate eBay.

Step 4: Select eBay users in the left menu bar

Step 5: Click on the '+Add new eBay user' option. You'll be prompted to enter your eBay login details.

Step 6: eBay will then request your authorization for Keysender to access order information. Click 'agree' to grant this access.

Step 7: Keysender will establish a connection with your eBay account. Once the connection is successful, a confirmation message will appear on your screen.

Step 8: To validate the integration, go back to eBay and select the 'Products' tab. The username of the connected eBay account should now be visible in the left corner. Press reload products, this will display all your eBay products.

Step 9: In the eBay users tab, pay attention to the token expiration time indicated within the eBay settings. Ensure to update the token before its expiration to avoid any interruptions in service.

Step 10: On the eBay settings page, locate and enable the option that allows eBay to automatically mark orders as shipped when a digital product is dispatched.

Step 11: Still on the eBay settings page, activate the 'auto-comment' feature, which adds feedback automatically after an order is distributed.

Step 12: Within the 'Settings' tab, find and configure the 'Transactions limit per buyer' feature. This allows you to limit the number of transactions a single buyer can make, thereby adding an additional layer of security to your account.

Step 13: Lastly, you have the option to temporarily disable eBay account monitoring if you wish to pause order processing for a certain period.

By following these steps, you can successfully integrate Keysender with your eBay account, enabling a streamlined process of assigning and distributing digital products to your customers.
