Keysender is the delivery system that sent you the code. We are not the seller, so we cannot fix a code, change an order, or give a refund. You do not need to open a ticket with us.
A quick example
Think of the postal service dropping a sealed box at your door. It delivered the box, but it did not make what is inside. Keysender delivered the seller’s code the same way. If the product is wrong or not working, the seller is who can fix it.
Contact the seller from your order receipt, marketplace account, or the Access Page. If the seller does not respond, use the seller or marketplace dispute path.
