Your order was delivered through Keysender, which is why the email or Access Page link came from our domain. Keysender is the delivery platform the seller used, like the postal service, not always the shop that sold the order.

Steps

1. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the delivery email.
2. Confirm the email address on your order is correct.
3. Open the delivery email and click the Access Page link.
4. Check the Access Page for your code or download.
5. If you cannot find the delivery email, search your inbox for "Keysender".

If the order still is not resolved

Submit a claim from the Access Page.
