Configure Outlook SMTP in Keysender so delivery emails are sent from your own email address. Buyers then see your name and domain in the sender field instead of a generic one, which improves trust and inbox placement. You need an Outlook account with 2-Step Verification enabled to generate an app password. The walkthrough video shows the shared SMTP screen.

Check that the app password is correct and that 2-Step Verification is enabled on your Outlook account. Error messages appear in the top right corner of Keysender. If the issue persists, submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
Open the Microsoft Account Security page and complete Two-step verification if it is not already enabled. Go to App passwords, select Create a new app password, name it, and click Next. Copy the 16-character app password to use in Keysender.
Set the Host to smtp-mail.outlook.com. Set the Port to 587 for TLS or 465 for SSL, and set Encryption to match the port you chose. Enter your Outlook address as both the Sender Email and the Username, and the app password as the Password.
Confirm the app password is correct and that 2-Step Verification is enabled on your Outlook account. Error messages appear in the top right corner of Keysender. If the issue persists, submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
