Use the Summary page in Keysender to filter, review, and act on orders from every connected channel. It is the working view for daily fulfillment: see what delivered, what is held, and what needs you, then act on any order without leaving the page. Filters narrow the list by channel or status.
TL;DR
Open Summary in Keysender.
Use the -- Any platform -- and -- Any status -- dropdowns to narrow the list.
Click Force Sync if you want to pull in the latest orders immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled sync. If an order still does not appear, see Syncing missed orders.
Click an order's Status badge to open its action menu.
Select Accept buyer, Mark as done, or Mark as refund, or select Details to open the full transaction record for that order.
The Summary page shows your filtered orders. Selecting Details on an order opens its full transaction record, including buyer messages and delivery logs. To pull the full list out for your own records, see Filtering and exporting all orders.

Open the Summary page from the top menu in Keysender. It brings together orders from every connected channel in one place, and you can use the dropdown filters to narrow them by channel or transaction status before you act on them.
From an order on the Summary page you can accept the order, mark it as done, or refund the buyer. To see the full record, click Details on the order row to open the order page with its transaction history, product details, and buyer communication.
