Add credits to your account

Overview

Purchase credits so Keysender can dispatch orders and run fraud screening. Credits do not expire, and you can purchase up to 10,000 credits at once.

Steps

1. Check your current credit balance in the left bar of the Keysender dashboard.
2. Open Account then Credits in Keysender. You can also click the Credits Left bar on the dashboard.
3. Select the number of credits to purchase. The cost for each quantity appears next to it.
4. Click Buy Now.
5. Complete the payment through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a debit or credit card as a guest.

Confirm it works

Your updated credit balance appears in the left bar of the dashboard. Invoices are sent automatically to the PayPal email used for the purchase.

If it still is not working

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
