Assign bonus or multiple quantity codes to a product

Overview

Set up bonus codes so each order delivers extra codes from a second database alongside the main code.

Steps

1. Open the connected channel menu in Keysender and select Products.

   

2. Find the product you want to configure and click Details.

   

3. Click Bonus Codes at the top of the product details page.

   

4. Select a bonus code option:

   • Disabled turns off bonus codes.
   • Double sends one code from the original database and one from the bonus codes database.
   • Triple sends one code from the original database and two from the bonus codes database.
   • Custom lets you set the number of bonus codes to send.

5. Select the database the bonus codes should be drawn from.

6. If you selected Custom, set the delivery details in the pop-up.

   

7. Click Save Changes.

   

Confirm it works

When a customer orders the product, they receive the main code plus the configured bonus codes.
