Connect your products to a connected channel
Overview
Link a product from your connected channel to a Keysender database, set templates, and turn on monitoring so Keysender delivers a code for every order.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Access to your Keysender vendor account.
- A connected channel already integrated with Keysender.
- A product database with codes added.
Steps
Select the connected channel from the dropdown menu at the top of the page in Keysender.
Open Products within the selected channel.
Find the product you want to configure and click Details.
Connect a Keysender database to the product.
Adjust the product price if needed.
Select your email and inbox templates for distribution. Confirm the templates are set to Active.
Set Monitoring to active.
Click Save.
Confirm it works
The product shows as connected to a database with monitoring active. When a customer orders the product, Keysender delivers a code using the assigned template.
If it still is not working
Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
