Overview
Use the Transactions page to filter, export, and take bulk actions on orders across all connected channels.
Steps
Filter and export orders
- Open Transactions then Show All in Keysender to see orders from all connected channels.
- Use the filter options to narrow orders by email, auction number, code, or status.
- Select a date range to export orders for a specific period.
- Click Export to download a CSV file of the filtered orders.
Perform bulk actions
- Select the orders you want to act on.
- Choose an action from the list. Options include accept, mark as done, refund, and report fraud.
Add a transaction manually
- Click Add new on the Transactions page.
- Enter the payer email, item name, quantity, database selection, gross amount, message template, and reply-to email.
- Click Send.
Import the CSV into Excel
- Open Excel and go to Data then From Text/CSV.
- Select the downloaded CSV file.
- Set the delimiter to Semicolon.
- Click Load.
Confirm it works
Your orders appear in the Transactions list with the applied filters. The exported CSV opens in Excel with all transaction data separated into columns.
