View specific order details

Overview

Open an order detail page in Keysender to review transaction information, buyer messages, delivery logs, and fraud screening results.

Steps

1. Open the Orders section in Keysender.
2. Click the order you want to review to open its detail page.
3. Review the order information, including the order number, creation time, buyer ID, email, mobile number, codes purchased, gross price, and assigned codes.
4. Review the messages sent to and from the buyer, along with the buyer purchase history.
5. Review Tasks and IP logs for email delivery status, buyer access to the code, and IP records.
6. Review the fraud score for the buyer, shown below the options dropdown when fraud screening is active.
7. Use the code status dropdown to mark the order as done, issue a refund, or report fraud.
8. Use the options dropdown to block or allow the buyer, send or resend codes, lock or grant access to codes, or create a PDF of the order for dispute resolution or tax records.

Confirm it works

The order detail page shows the full transaction record, buyer messages, delivery logs, and the fraud score when fraud screening is active.
