Respond to eBay messages through Keysender

Overview

Read and reply to eBay customer messages directly from Keysender so you can manage buyer communication without switching platforms.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• Access to your Keysender vendor account.
• An authenticated eBay connection in Keysender.

Steps

1. Open Messaging Center from the main menu in Keysender.
2. Review the eBay messages sent to your authenticated account.
3. Mark a message as read or important, or delete it if you no longer need it.
4. Click a message subject to open the full conversation thread.
5. Click Reply and write your response in the text box.
6. Click Send.

Confirm it works

Your reply is sent through the eBay messaging system. The buyer receives it in their eBay inbox.

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
