Set up notifications for held orders

Overview

Configure the messages customers receive when an order is held by a condition such as low stock, a block list match, or a buyer limit.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• Access to your Keysender vendor account.
• At least one email or inbox template created in Templates.

Steps

1. Open Account then Sending Setup in Keysender.
2. Select the conditions that trigger a notification. Options include low codes, block list, and buyer limit.
3. Click the inbox template dropdown and select a template. Inbox messages apply to eBay and Mercado Libre orders.
4. Click the email template dropdown and select a template.
5. Click Save.

Confirm it works

When an order triggers one of the selected conditions, the customer receives your configured message by email or inbox.

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
