Integrating eBay

Overview

Connect your eBay seller account to Keysender to automate digital product delivery for eBay orders.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• Access to your Keysender vendor account.
• An active eBay seller account.

Steps

Connect your eBay account

1. Open Integrations in Keysender and activate eBay.

   

2. Select eBay users in the left menu.

   

3. Click +Add new eBay user and enter your eBay login details.

   

4. Click Agree to authorize Keysender to access your eBay order information.

   

5. Wait for the connection confirmation message.

Load your eBay products

1. Open eBay then Products in Keysender.

2. Click Reload products to import your eBay listings.

   

Configure eBay settings

1. Enable auto mark as shipped so eBay marks orders as shipped when a code is dispatched.

   

2. Enable auto-comment to add feedback automatically after an order is distributed.

   

3. Open the Settings tab and set Transactions limit per buyer to limit how many purchases a single buyer can make.

   

Confirm it works

Your eBay products appear in the Products list and your eBay username shows in the left corner. Check the token expiration date in the eBay users tab and update the token before it expires to avoid interruptions.
