Integrating WooCommerce

Overview

Connect your WooCommerce store to Keysender to automate digital product delivery for WooCommerce orders.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• Access to your Keysender vendor account.
• Admin access to your WooCommerce store.

Steps

Add the WooCommerce integration in Keysender

1. Open Integrations in Keysender.

2. Find WooCommerce and click Add New.

   

3. Open WooCommerce from the sidebar and confirm your WooCommerce products are visible.

4. Select Stores in the sidebar, then click Add New.

Create WooCommerce REST API credentials

1. In your WooCommerce dashboard, go to Settings, then Advanced, then REST API.

2. Click Add key.

3. Enter a description such as "Keysender Integration".

4. Set Permissions to Read/Write.

5. Click Generate API Key.

   

6. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

Connect the store in Keysender

1. Return to the Stores form in Keysender.

2. Enter your store URL and paste the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.

3. Click Save to authorize the connection.

Connect products to inventory

1. Open WooCommerce, then Products in Keysender.

2. Link each WooCommerce product to the correct Keysender inventory database.

   

3. Open a specific product and connect it to its Keysender database.

   

4. Assign an email template if you want a custom delivery email, then set its status to Active.

   

Confirm it works

Your WooCommerce products appear in Keysender with databases assigned. When a buyer purchases on your WooCommerce store, Keysender fulfills the order automatically.

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
