Integrating K4G

Overview

Connect your K4G seller account to Keysender to automate order fulfillment and inventory management for K4G orders.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• Access to your Keysender vendor account.
• An active K4G seller account. If you do not have one, apply at k4g.com/sell.
• Your K4G App ID and Secret. Request these from K4G before you integrate.

To get your App ID and Secret, email support@k4g.com and ask for the API credentials needed to integrate with Keysender. Include your K4G account email. K4G can take a few business days to issue the credentials.

Steps

Add the K4G integration in Keysender

1. Open Integrations in Keysender.
2. Click + Add New.
3. Select K4G from the dropdown.
4. Enter a Store Name for your own reference.
5. Enter the App ID and Secret provided by K4G.
6. Click Save. Keysender generates an Access Token when the integration is saved.

Create your offers on K4G

1. Log in to your K4G seller panel.
2. Create offers for the products you want to sell.
3. Wait for K4G to approve and publish each offer.

Link K4G products to your inventory

1. Open Sales Channels then K4G in Keysender.
2. Click Refresh to pull in your latest K4G offers.
3. Assign each K4G product to the correct Keysender inventory database.

Confirm it works

Your K4G offers appear in Keysender with inventory databases assigned. When a buyer purchases on K4G, Keysender fulfills the order automatically.

If it still is not working

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
