Integrating Mercado Libre

Overview

Connect your Mercado Libre seller account to Keysender to automate digital product delivery for Mercado Libre orders.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

• Access to your Keysender vendor account.
• An active Mercado Libre seller account.

Steps

Enable the Mercado Libre integration in Keysender

1. Open Integrations in Keysender.

2. Enable Mercado Libre.

   

Authorize your Mercado Libre account

1. Select Mercado Libre in the side panel, then click Users.

2. Click Add New.

   

3. Select your Mercado Libre account country.

   

4. Enter your Mercado Libre username and password on the authorization page.

   

5. Save your account details.

Connect your products

1. Open Products under Mercado Libre in Keysender.

2. Connect each product to a Keysender inventory database.

3. Assign the email and inbox templates for each product.

   

Confirm it works

Your Mercado Libre products appear in Keysender with databases and templates assigned. When a buyer purchases on Mercado Libre, Keysender fulfills the order automatically.

If it still is not working

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
