Set up your Access Page

Overview

Customize your Access Page with your logo, live chat, analytics, and legal links. The Access Page is where your customers view and access their purchased products.

Steps

Open the Access Page settings

1. Open Account Settings in Keysender.
2. Select the Access Page section.
3. Upload your logo.

Add Crisp Chat for live support

1. Create an account or log in at Crisp.
2. Open Settings, then Website Settings, then Setup Instructions in Crisp.
3. Copy your website ID.
4. Paste the website ID into the Crisp Chat field in Keysender.

Add the optional links and tracking

1. Add your Google Analytics ID to track how customers interact with the Access Page.
2. Add links to your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service if needed.
3. Add links to your social media profiles if needed.
4. Click Save.

Confirm it works

Open your Access Page link and confirm your logo, chat widget, and links display correctly. Send a test order to verify the full delivery flow.

If it still is not working

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
