The Summary page is what you see immediately after logging in to Keysender. It is the working view for a quick daily check: how many orders came in, how much revenue they brought, whether anything needs your attention, and how many credits you have left, followed by a live list of your most recent orders across every connected channel.
TL;DR
No setup is needed. The dashboard is the first screen you land on once you connect a channel and start receiving orders; it stays empty of activity until then.
Open Summary in Keysender. It is the first item in the sidebar.
Read the four cards: Today's transactions and its monthly total, Today's revenue and its monthly total, On Hold (orders waiting on you, with a Show all link), and Credits left (with a Buy more link).
Use the -- Any platform -- and -- Any status -- dropdowns to narrow the order list below to one channel or one delivery status.
Click Force Sync if you want to pull in the latest orders immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled sync. See Syncing missed orders if an order still does not show up after this.
Click Show all on the On Hold card, or any order's Status badge in the list, to open the full detail described in Viewing orders on hold and Viewing specific order details.
The four cards and the order list update as new orders come in and existing ones change status, without needing to reload the page.

Submit a claim so Keysender Support can review it.
Today's transactions and Today's revenue for the current day (with monthly totals underneath), On Hold for orders waiting on you, and Credits left for your dispatch capacity.
Click Show all on the On Hold card. It opens the full On hold screen with its own filters, separate from the day-to-day order list underneath the cards.
Most channels sync on a schedule. Click Force Sync on the Summary page to pull in the latest orders immediately instead of waiting.
